Forfang (Forf)
This text concerns rewards for retrieving stolen property. It is possible that the text was produced at the same time as the Appendix to II Aethelred and some historians have speculated that both may originate in royal legislation from the early part of Æthelred’s reign or the latter part of Edgar’s reign. The transmission of the text is closely related to that of Be Blaserum and the Hundred.
